For this project, we were tasked with creating a menu redesign for Joey’s Seafood Restaurant to make it more high-end while also aiming to capture the essence of its culinary offerings and maritime ambiance. The two-fold menu showcases a harmonious blend of yellow, blue, and cream hues, inspired by nature’s colors. I added graphical elements, such as fish, shrimps, and some shapes to infuse a sense of marine charm and artistic flair.

The menu features a blend of yellow, blue, and cream hues. These colors were chosen to remind the viewer of the natural palette of the ocean, with yellow representing the warmth of the sun, blue reflecting the sea, and cream providing a neutral background. The menu is designed as a two-fold layout, which allows for an organized and easy-to-navigate structure. This format ensures that each section of the menu is distinct yet part of a unified whole.

The goal of this project is to design a visually striking, informational Bauhaus inspired calendar that combines simplicity, functionality, and artistic expression. I incorporated simple shapes such as circles, rectangles, lines, and squares, aligned with the Bauhaus style while also ensuring it serves as a useful accessory. I used alternating color schemes for each month, and additionally, I integrated short biographies of famous and influential Bauhaus historical figures to enhance to its functionality.

The calendar is designed to be a practical accessory. The layout includes clearly marked dates and ample space for writing notes, making it functional for everyday use. To enhance its utility, I integrated short biographies of famous and influential Bauhaus historical figures. Each month features a different figure, providing users with educational content that could help their understanding of the Bauhaus movement even if it’s just only a portion.

I have meticulously brought to life an infographic design that serves as a visual roadmap through the remarkable The Legend of Zelda series. This project dives deep into the heart of the franchise, focusing on the hero, Link, and his timelines across various game installments. As a Zelda fan, I understand the complexities that the series’ timelines can pose. With this project, I’ve simplified these complexities into something that’s coherent visually.

The infographic is structured as a chronological timeline, mapping out the major game releases in the series. This visual progression guides viewers through the journey of Link from his earliest adventures to the latest epic quests. Each game installment is represented by its distinctive logo or a key visual element, accompanied by a corresponding image of Link from that particular game. This helps in creating a clear and immediate connection between the game titles and their visual and brand identities.

In my exploration of the “Brutalism” trend, I wanted to make a t-shirt design of Elliott Smith’s “Figure 8” that’s both visually striking and functional. The centerpiece is the album cover itself. The focal point of the t-shirt design is the iconic album cover of “Figure 8.” This image, recognized by fans and music enthusiasts alike, is presented prominently to draw immediate attention. Above the album cover, the artist’s name is displayed in bold typography. This choice of font reflects the Brutalist influence, emphasizing clarity.

This design pays homage to Elliott Smith’s musical legacy. The addition of a tracklist woven into the design provides a nod to the album’s depth, allowing fans to reminisce about their favorite songs. This style choice not only honors the aesthetic of the era but also highlights the raw and authentic nature of Smith’s music.
